DC18 Last Highlights of the Day

As the sun begins to set on the West Coast, the last strong rays touch on the inselbergs and taller Joshua trees of the high Mojave Desert in Joshua Tree National Park.

Captured near the parking lot for the Barker Dam Nature Trail, I like the way the tallest inselberg, the spines of the Joshua Trees, and the few clouds catch the light only in the sky.
